Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DeployMonkey, operated by DeployMonkey ("we", "our", "us"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

DeployMonkey is a managed hosting management platform that helps you deploy and manage Odoo ERP instances on your own servers. We do not provide the servers themselves (except under Server Included plans) — you bring your own infrastructure, and we provide the management tools.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

3. Your Servers & Data

You retain full ownership and responsibility for your servers, data, and Odoo instances. We access your servers only as necessary to provide the service, using the credentials you provide. We do not access your Odoo database contents.

4. Plans & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of the billing period
  • Backup storage overage is billed at $0.02/GB/month
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are available within the first 14 days of your initial subscription

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DeployMonkey to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Deploy malicious software or engage in unauthorized access
  • Resell the platform without an Agency plan
  • Interfere with the platform's infrastructure or security

6. Availability & SLA

We target 99.9% uptime for the DeployMonkey platform itself. This does not cover the uptime of your individual servers or Odoo instances, which depend on your infrastructure provider. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You can export all your data before cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

DeployMonkey is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss, server downtime, or damages resulting from your use of the platform beyond the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for the content or security of your Odoo instances.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
