What Is Odoo Social Marketing?
Odoo Social Marketing is a unified social media management platform that lets you create, schedule, publish, and analyze posts across multiple social networks from a single interface. Module Setup
Install the Social Marketing module from Apps. You will need to connect your social media accounts during setup.
Connecting Social Accounts
- Go to Social Marketing → Configuration → Social Accounts
- Click Add Account for each platform
- Authenticate with your social media credentials
- Grant Odoo permission to post on your behalf

Creating and Scheduling Posts
Compose a Post
- Social Marketing → New Post
- Write your message
- Add media (images, videos)
- Select target social accounts
- Preview how the post looks on each platform
- Post immediately or schedule for later
Content Calendar
The calendar view shows all scheduled and published posts. Drag and drop to reschedule. Color-coded by platform for quick visual scanning.
