Loyalty Programs in Odoo

Tiered Rewards

Creating a Loyalty Program

Earning Rules
Earning rules define how points are accumulated. Options include points per currency spent (1 point per $1), points per order (flat 50 points per order), points per product (buy coffee = 1 stamp), and bonus point multipliers for specific products or categories. You can combine multiple earning rules — customers earn base points plus bonus points for purchasing promoted products.
Reward Rules
Reward rules define what customers receive when redeeming. Options include discount on total order (10% off), free product (redeem 500 points for a free item), discounted product (50% off a specific item for 200 points), and free shipping (redeem 100 points to waive shipping). Each reward specifies the point cost and any conditions (minimum order amount, specific products).

Odoo loyalty programs work across sales channels. Points earned on the ecommerce website can be redeemed at the point of sale, and vice versa.
